The Event Gallery Prices

The Event Gallery Rental Fees

To reserve a date, a 50% deposit on the Room Rental Fee.

Monday – Thursday……………………$800

Sunday and Friday…………………….$1,250

Saturdays …………………………………$1,850

Table, Chair & Linen rentals apprx. $10 per confirmed guest.

This Fee merits you:

  • Use of the Event Space, Private Dressing Room, and Kitchen Prep Area between 10am and 11pm for Set Up and the Event with 1 additional hour for Clean Up

  • Assistance with Space Planning

  • Wine & Beer Consultation and Invitation to Private Complimentary Wine Tasting

  • Coordination with Outside Vendors & Companies during the Preceding Week

  • Personal On-Call Contact for the Duration of your Event

If you are in need of Rented Tables, Tablecloths and Chairs, we offer competitive prices determined by the number of guests.

Did we respond to you on the date and/or on a walk through on Nov. 8, 2011? Our Event Manager, Beth Jarvah, will respond more to you later, but go to our web site, http://www.thecottoncompany.net and you will find videos, photos, customer comments, pricing and much more on the Event Gallery tab and in the video tab sections to give you some ideas. Once you decide on a date then let Beth know asap to see if available. We’re already booking into 2013 so let her know or she can let you know what dates will be available for you to choose.
