    Great planning ahead and thanks for considering us!! Congratulaton.

    Short answer is as follows:

    1. We have permission to sit up to 250 people however it’s tight with all tables, chairs dance floor etc. with that many. Basically comfortable we go to 200, but if using lot of standing tables then can work out if combined with seats for that number between 200 and 250. Prices are on web site for general pricing info. but we customize our services based on your needs and wants.

    Beth just emailed me she had replied to you. Let us know if need more info.

    I would love to get more information! Wedding in April 2012, 100-150 guests, we wanted to do the wedding and reception in one place. If I could get info on alcohol, caterers, payments, etc. Thanks!

    Thanks Monica and congratulations no matter where you choose. Beth Jarvah at 570-0087 has all that info. but basically can tell you both wedding and ceremony are done by many for same reasons you are probably choosing. Alcohol is allowed and we carry all sorts of insurance for that situation. We have ABC permits although many times so will the caterer. Beth and our staff can recommend caterers for you that we have had success with and glad to do so.

    First thing to do though is check with Beth to make sure the Event Gallery is available the date you need it. April is very busy so before doing anything get your date set. We can accommodate up to 200 people comfortably, although the fire marshall has said we can do 250 but with tables, dance floor etc. it gets too cozy with many over 200. Hope this helps and expect to hear from Beth soon.

    Hi Tara,

    Congrajulations on your upcoming wedding. Wish both of you all the success!!

    You are right if you can do your wedding sometime other than Saturday the cost will be cheaper. Our marketing mgr., Beth Jarvah, will respond to you again but did want you to know these things to help you plan.

    1. Not as expensive if will do the non popular nights ( basically not on Saturday as everyone doing weddings on saturdays seems).

    2. Event Gallery has a food prep area with stove, refrigerator, deep sink etc. which is included in your rental fee and you or a caterer can do food prep, etc. there which will save you some money.

    3. Buffet’s are great as much of cost is renting all the plates, silverware, table cloths, napkins etc. and does add up. With a buffet it’s cheaper to use disposables and there is no clean up of the dishes which is good.

    4. Many people want to mingle and not sit down so if you had several stand up tables, rather than the larger 72″ round sit downs would save money. Also if you can use rectangular tables, standard conference tables, that is also cheaper than the round ones.

    Have a good weekend but did want to respond to you as Beth is out of town and will not be back till Monday. She’s actually the wedding photographer for wedding in Texas this weekend !!!
