   Juliet Goldflam along with her beagle Ellie, the official treat tester, are the ones behind the Fashion Hound Pet boutique in The Cotton Company's Marketplace. 

   Fashion Hound was inspired by Juliet's bond with her beagle Ellie and her desire to provide people with the ability to purchase only the best for their lovable pets. These two have been apart of The Cotton Company for over 7 years. When asked what her favorite moment so far with Fashion Hound has been Juliet talked about...a Halloween Dog Costume Party which took place at The Cotton Company.  She loved the interaction with everyone along with their dogs and felt the costume contests was "really, really, cute!"
