Frequently Asked Questions

How do I check availability?

Submit an inquiry form on our Rent The Graham page; it goes directly to our manager, who will contact you upon receipt.

What is the capacity?

The Graham can host up to 150 seated guests or 200 standing, depending on the layout. We’ll provide floor plan options to help you choose the best fit.

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes. We welcome outside caterers, planners, and other vendors.

Do you provide tables, chairs, or linens?

Use of our facilities tables and chairs is available for a flat fee of $250. This fee includes complete setup and breakdown by our staff, so all you’ll need to do at the end of your event is remove any items you brought in. Our current inventory includes:

  • 12 — 6' × 3' rectangular tables
  • 3 — 8' × 3.5' rectangular tables
  • 8 — 5' round tables
  • 74 banquet chairs
  • 40 folding chairs
  • 3 high‑top tables

Any additional tables or chairs needed must be provided by a third party. We do not provide linens.

Is alcohol allowed?

Beer and wine are permitted on the premises. If you would like us to place an order through a distributor, let us know. We do not hold a liquor license. If you wish to serve liquor, you must obtain a one‑day liquor permit no later than 15 days prior to your event; this will allow you to purchase the liquor yourself.

What are the rental hours?

Events must end by 11:00 pm unless otherwise approved. We provide one hour before and one hour after your event for setup and cleanup, included at no additional cost.

What is required to book?

A 50% deposit and a signed contract secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid before your event; access to the venue will be denied until the full balance has been received. The date requested is still considered available to other renters until these two items have been received.

Is the venue accessible?

The Graham is located on the second floor. Access is available by stairs or a back‑door access ramp. Please note: there is no elevator access to the event space.

Where do guests park?

Free public lots and street parking are available within walking distance of The Cotton Company in Downtown Wake Forest.

What about cleanup?

We ask that you remove all decorations and personal items, and dispose of trash in the provided bins. Basic sweeping and mopping are included in your rental. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleanup is required.
