Diana Hrabosky
I started teaching myself to draw in 2009 from books written by accomplished artists, first with graphite pencils, and then with colored pencils. In 2015 acrylic painting self-instruction began, again using books. But this time, abstract was the style of interest which created a lovely balance with the realism of my colored pencil work. Experimenting with media or subject-matter, whether with pencil or paint, is ongoing and exciting. Creating art can be mesmerizing, with each medium having its own unique challenges, techniques, and feel. Even different brands of paint and colored pencils behave differently on paper and canvas. My former career in Administrative and Human Resource Management has proven helpful in the necessary but too-consuming administrative side of my art business. The creative side is much more fun! My other passion is social partner dancing, including Lindy Hop, Jitterbug, Folk Waltz, Slow Blues, Cajun, Zydeco, C&W Two-step, as well as Salsa, Latin, and other ballroom dances. Besides dancing as much as possible, hundreds of hours have been spent volunteering, hosting dances, teaching, and recruiting and helping new dancers. I do commission work of all kinds, including landscapes and animals. Please let me know what special piece of art I can make for you!

Carolina Clover provides embroidery and monogramming for customers that include community organizations such as clubs, fraternities, and sororities; local small and large businesses, such as Chick-Fil-A, Home Depot, and Code Ninjas; school cheer and sports teams; and individuals for items such as jackets, saddle pads, etc.
The boutique also offers an inventory of blank items to be embroidered, like women’s clothing, Charles River rain jackets, hats, shirts, etc.
The company was founded in 2013, and began as a booth at The Cotton Company, eventually growing into a stand-alone boutique to meet the local demand for embroidery. They wanted to establish something that would allow them to become more involved in the community while teaching their children the ideals of entrepreneurship.
