After your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email from management informing you of next steps. We will then invite you to a face-to-face interview where we can evaluate your offerings and answer any questions you may have about our business. Potential success is fully dependent on how well your business and ours fit together.
When your application is approved, we will match you with the most appropriate space for your business. If the space you desire is not available at the time you apply, you will be placed on a waiting list. If for some reason you are not approved the first time you apply, do not be discouraged. Our goal is your success. If we feel your business plan or idea is not fully developed, we may suggest you develop your ideas or theme more strongly and encourage you to reapply. While some marketplaces accept anyone who applies, we feel it is in the best interest of all—our vendors, our customers and The Cotton Company—to help you be as prepared as possible for your new business venture!
